Which features were deprecated?

The following tricount Premium features will no longer be available: - Export tricount in CSV and PDF - Personal mode - Statistics (planned for a future update) - Save a custom Splits (planned for a future update)

How can I get a refund on my Premium subscription?

For an Apple subscription, follow Apple’s instructions to request a refund. For an Android subscription, contact support@tricount.com and include the email address used for your Play Store account. Never share your password or verification codes.

Still haven’t updated tricount and want to keep using Premium?

If you want to continue using tricount Premium, make sure you disable the automatic updates of your phone. To do so, follow these steps:

iOS

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap App Store

3. Turn on or turn off App Updates

Android

1. Open the Play Store

2. Tap your profile image at the top

3. Select Settings

4. Tap Network preferences

5. Tap Auto-update apps

6. Tap Don’t auto-update apps

7. Tap Done or OK to disable automatic app installations
